No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. butter flavor shortening
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

In mixing bowl, using a pastry cutter, mix together shortening, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In small bowl, whisk together the egg, water and vinegar. Stir into dry ingredients. Cover and chill at least 3 hours (overnight is best). If dough is rolled out thin, recipe will yield 2 double-crust pies.
