1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
ground nutmeg
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except nutmeg) thoroughly until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle top generously with nutmeg. Bake for 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 30 more minutes.
