Cranberry Christmas Wreath - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large orange (unpeeled)
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (optional, I use English walnuts)
1 small pkg. cherry or strawberry Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Wash, quarter and
seed the orange.
Put through medium blade of a food
grinder\ttogether with raw cranberries.\tStir in sugar and chopped
nuts.\tChill several hours in refrigerator.
