Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk or evaporated milk
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend soup,
    milk and dash of pepper.
    In Pam-sprayed 1 1/2 quart
    casserole,
    arrange
    alternate layers of potatoes, onions, peppers,
    soup
    mixture and cheese.
    Salt and pepper. Dot top with butter;
    sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for
    1 hour.
    Uncover
    and
    bake 15 minutes more, if not done.
