Light Bread Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg dry yeast
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp cooking oil
2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Dissolve in water, dry yeast. Add all other ingredients.
Make stiff dough. Grease top and let rise until double size. Knead 4-5 min. Make small balls. Place in greased pan and let rise until double in size. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
