Sauerkraut-Potato-Apple Bake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 c. onion
    2 c. sliced cooking apples, peeled or unpeeled
    2 small raw potatoes, sliced
    1/2 lb. turkey Polish smoked sausage, in chunks
    1 c. apple cider or juice
Preparation
    In a crock-pot, make 2 layers of all ingredients except cider. After layered, pour over apple cider.
    Cook on high for 5 hours.
