Crackling Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 c. crackling
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients except crackling.
    Add the milk and stir in the crackling.
    Pour into a greased 12-inch baking pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown.
