Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all together; spread in pan.
    Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden.
    Cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces.
    Makes 4 dozen.
    Freezes great!
