Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked rice with parsley
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes, or until browned.
    Remove from skillet; pour off fat.
    In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until chicken is done.
    Stir often.
    Serve with rice.
