Shelley'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    2 8 oz. cream cheese
    1 15 oz. ricotta cheese
    1 stick butter, melted
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tbsp. flour
    3 tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tbsp. vanilla
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Spray a springform pan.
    Preheat oven 350\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients. Bake in oven for 1 hour.
    Shut oven off and leave cake in oven with door open for 1 hour.
