Brunch Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen strawberries with juice (fresh sliced can be used instead)
    1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Add oil and eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Stir in strawberries and nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
