Lemon Custard In Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    zest of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well; add egg yolks and beat thoroughly.
    Add flour, salt, lemon juice and lemon zest.
    Stir in milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 8 greased custard cups.
    Set cups in warm bath 1/4 to 1/2-inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Each cup will have custard on the bottom and cake on the top.
