Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon (removing skin and bones). Combine with all ingredients, expect pecans and parsley. Chill several hours. Shape into roll of 8 x 2-inches long. Roll in nuts and parsley that have been mixed together. Chill well. This recipe is from an Alaskan fisherman and cannery operator.
