Freezer Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 18 c. corn, about 35 ears
    1 carton half and half
    1 lb. butter
Preparation
    Remove corn from ears.
    Mix all ingredients and put in pan. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes. Cool completely.
    Bag and freeze.
    Add a little sugar and salt when heating to eat.
