Hash Brown Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns (Ray's has the perfect kind) (defrost to handle)
1 stick oleo
1 c. onion
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with 1/2 stick melted oleo and 2 cups of crushed corn flakes. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
