Barbequed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, cut into 8 sections
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. Bacon Bits or bacon grease
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/3 stick butter
    1 roll aluminum foil
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into 8 sections.
    In aluminum foil pouch, combine all ingredients.
    Seal pouch.
    Place on gas grill on low heat. Cook for 1 hour with lid closed.
    Cabbage should be soft.
    Remove and serve.
    Based on palate heat tolerance, add or lessen peppers as needed.
    Dish is very spicy.
