Meat Balls 'N Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. rubbed sage
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    In a bowl combine first 7 ingredients.
    Shape into twenty-four 1 1/2-inch balls.
    In a large skillet, melt butter; brown meat balls on all sides.
    Combine soup, cheese and sage.
    Meanwhile cook vegetables according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Arrange meat balls around sides of a shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spoon soup mixture into center.
    Place cooked vegetables over top. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
