Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    2 sticks margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes, then mix with 1 stick melted margarine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; add chopped onions.
    Mix together mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz and sour cream; add to potato mixture and mix well.
    Place in a large greased casserole.
    Mix stuffing mix and 1 stick melted margarine and spread over potato mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated.
