Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. water
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Beat margarine, sugar, eggs and water.
Combine with flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in oats and chips.
Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
