Madeline'S Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease oblong pan.
Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, for 25 minutes.
When slightly cooled, cut into small serving pieces.
