Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    5 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 celery sticks
Preparation
    Cube potatoes; boil 15 minutes.
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Mix flour with milk; add to potatoes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Add small cube Velveeta cheese; simmer.
