Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. celery salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, paprika and pepper.
    Brown rice and onion in butter.
    Spread rice mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered baking dish. Add broth and celery salt.
    Place chicken on top of rice-broth mixture.
    Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
