Jackie'S Macaroni & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, rinse in cold water and set aside to drain. In saucepan, melt butter; add flour, salt & pepper.
    Cook until golden.
    Add milk and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add Parmesan and macaroni; pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
