Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    3 (16 oz.) cans white beans and liquid
    1 to 2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 dashes hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until transparent. Add chicken, chilies, broth and beans. Add spices and heat 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
