Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Melt butter; set aside to cool.
Mix flour and sugar together. Add milk and eggs; beat well.
Stir in vinegar and vanilla.
Add melted butter and nuts.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Yield: 9-inch pie.
