Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up
    6 c. water
    1 onion
    1 large carrot, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large stalk celery with leaves, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. dill
    2 whole cloves
    3/4 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. small white onions, peeled
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Bring chicken and water to boiling in a large kettle; skim off foam.
    Add onion, 1 carrot, celery, salt, dill and cloves.
    Cover kettle, lower heat and cook 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
