Brisket Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. catsup
Preparation
    Place brisket in Dutch oven.
    Combine beer, chili sauce, brown sugar and catsup in mixing bowl.
    Mix well and pour over brisket. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Cool meat and slice.
    Reheat when ready to serve.
    Can be prepared days ahead of time since meat slices much easier when chilled.
