Fish In Garlic Sauce(Garlicky, But Good!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. red snapper, sea bass or other firm whitefish
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 oranges
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
6 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Arrange fillets side by side in greased baking dish.
Mix 3 cloves garlic with 3 tablespoons olive oil and spread over fillets.
Squeeze juice of 1 orange over all and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake in hot oven, 450\u00b0, for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Fry the rest of garlic in remaining olive oil.
Remove the garlic and fry parsley 3 minutes.
Add juice of the other orange, salt and a little pepper.
Pour over fish before serving.
Serves 6.
