Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Beat sugar and oleo until fluffy.
Add vanilla and eggs - mix well.
Add alternately:
2 cups all-purpose flour and l cup sour cream.
Pour into tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 mins.
