Cornish Hens Steamed In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cornish hens, thawed
    1 square of foil, 16 inches or larger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season each hen with salt, pepper, sage and parsley.
    Wrap each hen in foil.
    Place hens on baking sheet or in baking pan.
    Cook in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove hens from oven and raise heat to 425\u00b0.
    Open foil to expose hens.
    (Be careful of steam.)
    Brush each hen with 2 teaspoons margarine. Return uncovered hens to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until browned.
