Pound Cake - Tube Pan - cooking recipe

3 sticks margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour (Swans Down cake flour)
pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, mix in flour, salt and vanilla.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (about).
