Ingredients

5 Cornish game hens
salt and pepper
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tsp. grated orange rind
pinch of poultry seasoning
Preparation

Truss hens, sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper. Roast according to directions on package.
Thirty minutes before hens are done, heat cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients. Brush hens with sauce every 5 minutes until hens are done.
