Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    2 c. cut okra
    2 c. cubed tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper sauce
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. shrimp, crab meat and oysters
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour; cook over low heat, stirring, until dark brown.
    Add liquid, okra, tomatoes, onion, pepper sauce, thyme and bay leaf.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add seafood; cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Serve over hot rice.
