Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 lb. pork
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. green pepper
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard and set aside.
    Combine meat, eggs, onion and bread crumbs and seasonings. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce and pack into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour 1/4 cup sauce over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf.
    Garnish with green pepper slices.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
