Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 green pepper
1 medium onion
1 c. fresh mushrooms (may use canned)
1 c. rice
1 c. French onion soup
1 c. beef bouillon soup
Preparation

Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.
If using fresh mushrooms, add now.
Remove from heat and add rice, French onion soup and beef soup.
If using canned mushrooms, add at this time. Put in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
