Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
10 oz. or less sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine vegetables. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Do not drain.
