Shrimp Tempura Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. ice cold water
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
Add salt, egg and water; stir until flour is moistened. Batter should be slightly lumpy.
Dip shrimp in batter.
May also be used with broccoli and sweet potatoes.
