Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/3 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 or 5 lb. roast
Preparation
    Put tenderizer on both sides of roast.
    Marinate in juice for 24 hours.
    Cook 40 to 60 minutes depending on doneness desired. This is to be cooked on grill.
