Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 or 5 lb. roast
Preparation
-
Put tenderizer on both sides of roast.
Marinate in juice for 24 hours.
Cook 40 to 60 minutes depending on doneness desired. This is to be cooked on grill.
