Corn Cob Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 sweet corn cobs
4 c. water
4 c. sugar
1 box fruit pectin
Preparation

Bring water with cobs to a boil for 10 minutes.
Measure 3 cups liquid and strain through cloth.
Put into saucepan.
Add box of fruit pectin.
Bring mixture to a rolling boil; add 4 cups sugar and bring to simmer for 3 minutes, then skim.
Add food coloring, if desired.
Pour into glasses and seal.
Jelly will be clear and taste like honey.
