Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small onion, grated fine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
2 small cans shrimp
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients with 1 can of shrimp.
Use mixer or food processor.
Blend until smooth or fluffy.
Fold second can of shrimp in gently.
May be molded or served in a bowl with assorted crackers.
