Chocolate Streusel Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1 egg
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. (12 oz.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar and cocoa.
Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg; mix well. Reserve 1 1/2 cups.
Press remaining mixture into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
