Stelline'S Unexpected Company Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. juice from cherries
2 eggs
1 can sour pitted cherries, drained

Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, soda, cherry juice and eggs.
Stir until all lumps are dissolved.
(Do not use electric mixer.)
Fold in cherries.
Pour into ungreased 8 x 11 1/2-inch Pyrex oblong dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool.
