Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce (dry)
    1 medium onion
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Break lettuce up, then slice thinly 1 onion and cut 1 head of cauliflower into small pieces.
    Arrange in layers.
    Then cook bacon; crumble and place as next layer.
    Mix cheese and sugar and sprinkle over bacon.
    Frost with mayonnaise.
    Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Toss 20 minutes before serving.
