Banana Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    banana peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place peppers (cleaned, deseeded and halved) in bottom of casserole dish.
    Saute beef in separate skillet; drain.
    Pour over peppers.
    Mix water and flour to make a thin white sauce and pour over peppers and beef.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
