Seafood Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf (remove before serving)
    2 small cans of pimento pieces
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    Cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter for three minutes.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook one minute.
    Add all liquids and stir constantly for five minutes.
    Add seasonings, pimento, and shrimp.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
