Parsnip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    3 c. grated parsnips
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, baking soda and salt together.
    Add eggs, vanilla, oil, parsnips and cinnamon.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    A cream cheese frosting may be used.
