Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery with a little water in microwave for 2 minutes, until tender.
    Combine with the rest of ingredients and spread in casserole.
    Top with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, 2 tablespoons almonds and 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
