Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. dried black-eyed peas, cooked
    2 to 3 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 1/2 to 2 c. ground beef
    ketchup
Preparation
    Cook peas until done.
    Drain well. Cook the ground beef until almost done.
    Place a layer of peas in casserole dish, followed by a layer of ground beef and a layer of onions.
    Put ketchup on top of onions.
    Repeat the layers, ending with ketchup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
