Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. half and half
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat pan to 300\u00b0.
    Saute onion in small amount of butter or oil. Add chicken broth, half and half and cabbage. Stir regularly. Cook 20 minutes until done. Serves 6 to 8.
