Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 apples
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel and slice apples and combine with 3 tablespoons sugar.
In another bowl, sift flour and measure out 3 cups.
Add sugar, salt and powder.
Stir in eggs, oil, juice and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add apples and cinnamon.
Bake in 3 (9-inch) layer pans at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese filling.
